Dining at Forum venues

Coffee breaks and lunches have been arranged to provide Forum participants with catering options throughout the event.

Coffee break areas are available at all Forum venues: Tavricheskiy Palace, the Parliamentary Centre and the Museum of Water exhibition complex.

There are also the restaurant and the café (payment required) located in the west (right) side of Tavricheskiy Palace.

In addition to dining at Tavricheskiy Palace, lunches for participants are available at the Smolninskaya Hotel.

3. Location: Parliamentary Centre (building A, second floor and building B, second floor)
   Opening hours: 13 October (09:00–10:00, 13:30–15:30)

4. Location: The Universe of Water Museum Complex, first floor, Forum Hall
   Opening hours: 13 October (09:00–10:30, 12:00–13:45, 13:45–17:30), 14 October (12:00–13:00, 14:30–15:30), 15 October (09:00–10:00, 12:30–13:30)
