Joint Stock Company United Chemical Company Uralchem​​(Uralchem JSC) is one of the largest companies on the market of mineral fertilizers and raw materials for chemical processing in the Russian Federation, the CIS and Eastern Europe. The Cartier Women's Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering women impact entrepreneurs.
