Car rental

Participants of the third Eurasian Women’s Forum can rent an accredited chauffeur-driven car.

The price of the transport service includes:

• vehicle accreditation;
• all costs for refuelling and washing the car;
• disinfection and treatment of the vehicle in accordance with Rospotrebnadzor recommendations and regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE);
• 24-hour communication with the dispatcher and consultation with the participant in regards to the operation of the vehicle and driver.

The minimum rental time for a chauffeur-driven vehicle is three days of twelve (12) hours a day.

In order to apply for a rental car, the participant must go to the ‘Car rental’ section of the personal web office, download and complete the rental application, and then email it to autobooking@2021.eawf.ru .
